A workspace that protects the consultation

Walk in prepared.
Stay present.

Your client shares their story before they arrive. In the room, you dictate the consultation and shape the plan in your own words.

  1. Before they arriveA warm, adaptive intake lets your client share what matters in their own language. You receive a concise briefing for the conversation — not a diagnosis to process.
  2. During the consultationDictate or type one natural account of the visit. MyDosha organises the Ashtavidha Pariksha for your review; nothing becomes a finding without you.
  3. AfterwardsBuild the chikitsa plan in your clinical voice, then share only the care, follow-up and practical next steps that belong with your client.

You became a practitioner to help people heal — not to fill out intake forms.

20–30 minutes lost to paperwork

Every first consultation starts with the same pen-and-paper intake. By the time you reach the actual conversation, half your session is gone.

Clients arrive unprepared

Most people have never heard Prakriti, Vikriti, Agni or Ojas. You end up teaching fundamentals during billable time instead of consulting.

Clinical notes live in scattered notebooks

Exam findings, visit histories, treatment plans — buried in paper or generic tools that know nothing about Nadi pariksha or Panchakarma.

A laptop on a practitioner’s desk showing a care plan in the MyDosha portal

A practitioner workspace that speaks Ayurveda.

🗂

Patient records, properly structured

Every patient opens to a full dossier: Prakriti, Vikriti, exam findings, visit history, and care plan — in one organised view.

🩺

Nadi, Jihva, Sparsha — all in one chart

A dedicated Ashtavidha Pariksha section in the Consult tab, with Vikriti sliders and timestamped visit snapshots you can compare over time.

📋

Treatment plans with the Ayurvedic framework

Aushadha, Ahara, Vihara, Panchakarma — your plan in the right structure. One-click prescription email to the patient.

📸

Clinical photos & progress tracking

Upload tongue, skin or postural photos per visit. Compare progress side-by-side over your treatment timeline.

🌿

Herb & formula inventory

Track stock per clinic with restock and dispense logs. Dispense from inside the Treatment tab — stock deducted, the prescription line written for you. Low-stock badge keeps you ahead of reorder.

📚

Your Library — patient advice and your own reference

Upload the Word and PDF files you already work from. Patient advice is filed once as advice blocks and goes into a treatment plan only when you add it — your words, not generated text. Your reference — protocols, notes, study material — is for your eyes only: search returns the matching passage, cited to its document, and it is never mixed into a patient record. The classical formulary and classical text references are built in.

A client’s phone showing the MyDosha intake welcome screen, with the AI notice and consent step

Built around the full Ayurvedic workflow.

Ayurveda isn't generic medicine. Every feature is shaped around how you actually practice.

🎙
Live

Dictate or type the whole exam — VEDA sorts it into fields

Write one continuous narrative of the consultation — by voice or keyboard — covering the full Ashtavidha pariksha: Nadi, Jihva, Netra, Sparsha, Akriti, Agni, Ama, Mala, Mutra, Manas. One click sorts each finding into the right field; you confirm or edit before saving, and your narrative is always kept — nothing is lost. Vikriti sliders, photo capture per visit, snapshot to Visit History on one click. Dictation separates your voice from the patient's, so the transcript reads back as a conversation. No more typing structured exams between patients.

🔌
Live

Use the whole portal with the AI switched off

One switch in Settings turns off intake, dossier, dictation and chat. Records, scheduling, inventory, invoicing and the patient portal keep working exactly as before. Individual AI features can be disabled one at a time instead.

💬
Live

AI-led intake & pre-consultation dossier

VEDA runs a warm, adaptive conversation and hands you an 8-section Prakriti & Vikriti briefing before the consultation.

🧬
Live

Sapta dhatu — the tissues worth examining

The dossier names which of the seven dhatus the intake points toward examining, each tied to something the patient actually said — rasa to reported tiredness and dry skin, majja to poor sleep and forgetfulness. It never asserts that a dhatu is depleted or aggravated. That is your examination, recorded as your finding.

📖
Live

Formulary & classical references

53 classical formulations (Churna, Ghrita, Kwatha, Taila, Vati, Rasayana) with dosage, indications and classical references — one-click insert into the prescription.

📚
Live

Advice Library — your handouts, filed once

Upload the Word and PDF files your patient advice already lives in. Each block is filed with a title and tags, then drops into a care plan in one click — your words, not generated text. Nothing written yet? Start from a curated starter library and edit it into your own.

🤝
Live

Refer a case without emailing health data

Share a dossier with another practitioner through a consent-gated, read-only link instead of an attachment. The projection is deliberately narrow: no email address, no postal address, no date of birth, no other patient, and nothing else from the clinical record leaves your portal.

📅
Live

Patients book themselves — on your own booking page

Every clinic gets its own /book page: patients pick a practitioner, an appointment type and a free slot, and the booking lands straight in your calendar and on the patient record. Confirmation and reminder emails, reschedule and cancel links, a live calendar feed for Google/Apple — and if you prefer an external tool, your Calendly link still works.

📋
Live

Structured treatment plans

Aushadha, Ahara, Vihara, Panchakarma and follow-up — in one view. One-click prescription email to the patient.

🌐
Live

Patient portal

Patients access their Prakriti, Vikriti, care plan and health journal via a secure magic link — no account, no app to install.

📓
Live

Patient journal — between every visit

Five 30-second sliders (Energy, Digestion, Sleep, Mood, Calm) plus optional check-ins for hydration, bowel character and prescription adherence. 14-day trend chart, streak counter, available in English, Dutch and German, plus an in-page FAQ — so the patient understands what to track and why. No app, no account, no friction.

📸
Live

Clinical photos & visit history

Upload tongue, skin and postural photos from any device. Timestamped visit snapshots to track change over the treatment course.

💶
Live

Invoicing & bookkeeping — built in

Consultation invoices with sequential yearly numbering, line items for dispensed herbs, draft → preview → send workflow, mark-paid and payment reminders — built into the portal. Dutch health-insurer care-note fields (treatment codes, AGB details) are planned as a follow-up.

📊
Live

Practice analytics

Dosha distribution, intake volume, patient status and monthly trends — aggregated across your entire practice, built into the portal.

💡
Live

In-portal AI chat

A reference chat with full patient context — Prakriti, Vikriti, exam findings, plan. Look up classical formulations, browse the curated formulary, and find passages from Charaka, Sushruta, Bhavaprakasha or Sharangadhara without leaving the record. Clinical decisions stay with you.

Beta

VEDA assistant — takes action, with your confirmation

Ask VEDA in plain language — or dictate in English, Dutch or German — to book appointments, draft invoices and patient messages, adjust stock or update settings. Every action is proposed as a card first; nothing happens until you confirm, and every confirmed action is audit-logged. Clinical decisions stay with you.

🧑‍⚕️
Live

Same-gender treatment matching

Set matching to warn or strict and the schedule checks practitioner and patient before a treatment is booked. Treatment rooms and types are managed alongside it, so two therapists never land in the same room.

🔒
Live

Private notes, and a document store the AI cannot read

Practitioner notes stay out of every patient-facing plan and email. Lab reports, referral letters and consent forms go in a separate store that VEDA is never given access to — you decide what the assistant can see.

🤝
Live

Refer a colleague — a free month for you

Send a colleague your referral link. When they take a paid plan, a free month is added to your account.

📍
Live

A public listing that sends you patients

Publish your clinic to MyTrueDosha, where people take the dosha assessment before choosing a practitioner. Optional, and you control what appears.

⚙️
Live

And the rest of the day-to-day

Seasonal ritu guidance on every patient overview, bulk import when you move across from paper, one-click care-plan and follow-up emails, Cmd/Ctrl+K to jump to any patient by name or complaint, and self-serve CSV export or full deletion of your data — no support ticket.

Three steps. No setup required.

Send a link. Arrive prepared. Consult from a full practitioner workspace.

1

Send your client the intake link

Share a link by email, WhatsApp or SMS. Works on any device, any browser. No app to install — for you or the client.

2

VEDA conducts the conversation

An adaptive conversation in the client's own language — constitution, then daily life, then the complaint they actually came with. VEDA follows up when an answer is vague, skips what doesn't apply, and never steers toward a self-diagnosis.

3

Your practitioner workspace is ready

An 8-section patient profile opens in your portal. Chart your exam findings, write your treatment plan, send the prescription — and the patient can access their own portal too.

The whole workspace, free for 14 days.

Your portal opens with demo patients already loaded, so you can walk the whole workflow before you invite anyone real.

Designed with practitioners, for practitioners.

Speaks your client's language

English, Dutch and German are live today, and the client picks between them before the first question. VEDA adapts tone and literacy to them — and the dossier comes back in your language, not theirs.

No self-diagnosis

VEDA never reveals the dosha result during the conversation. Every observation is framed as self-reported — not a diagnosis.

Your brand, not ours

Your logo, your accent colour and your practice name on every report, care plan and email — on every plan, from the first trial day. Set it once in Settings and the client sees the work as yours.

Classical framing throughout

"Tends toward", "your responses suggest", "consistent with" — observational language, never absolute claims.

Don't want the AI intake? Build your own form.

Every plan includes a questionnaire builder — text, long text, single and multi choice, scale, number and date fields. Compose your own intake in Settings, send it by secure link or from the patient's Communication tab, and the answers land verbatim on the record. MyDosha does not score or interpret them. Use it instead of the AI intake, or alongside it.

GDPR-compliant by design

Explicit patient consent at intake, practitioner-controlled export and deletion (self-serve CSV and full wipe), signed DPA included with every paid plan. Data transfers covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See GDPR details →

Built for Ayurvedic practice. Priced for it too.

Every tier includes the full clinical product — AI intake and dossier, consultation dictation, Ashtavidha pariksha, the classical formulary, the chikitsa plan builder, photos, patient portal and journal, AI chat, patient self-booking, invoicing, practice analytics, and herb & formula inventory. Tiers differ on patient volume, practitioner seats, dictation hours and support depth.

Who We Are

Built out of a lived Ayurvedic experience.

MyDosha didn't begin as a product. It began with a patient and a practitioner — and a single Ayurvedic consultation that did what years of conventional care hadn't.

Thomas Thijs, MyDosha's founder, spent years managing chronic asthma, eczema and allergies through conventional medicine without ever reaching the root cause. It was in Goa, under BAMS physician Dr. Rohit Borkar, that a structured Ayurvedic intake finally changed the picture.

"You have a strong Vata imbalance — and you're treating it with Vata-aggravating habits."— Dr. Rohit Borkar, Ayurvedic Physician, Goa

That consultation — nadi pariksha, a proper lifestyle assessment, decades of clinical pattern recognition — is what Thomas and Rohit set out to protect. They build MyDosha together today, with a circle of founding practitioners guiding every clinical decision.

Personal experience shared with permission. Not medical advice. Individual results vary, are not typical, and do not represent guaranteed outcomes from any Ayurvedic approach. MyDosha has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Ayurvedic Advisor & Clinical Partner

Dr. Rohit Borkar

BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physician based in Goa, India, with over two decades of clinical practice. Dr. Borkar shapes the intake framework, dossier structure, and clinical reasoning behind MyDosha — ensuring every section reflects authentic Ayurvedic assessment, not a wellness trend. He is the clinical authority the platform is built on.

Answers before you ask.

How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up at /signup in about a minute — your name, your practice, an email address and a password. Your portal is created immediately, pre-loaded with two demo patients so you can explore every feature. For your first sign-in we email you a 6-digit code — patient records are health data, so two-factor is always on — so keep that inbox open and you are inside in under two minutes. After 14 days you choose whether to continue. No credit card up front.
Will this replace me as a practitioner?
No. MyDosha does the structured intake your client would have filled out on paper — nothing more. The dossier is an orientation, not a diagnosis. Your examination, your judgement and your treatment plan remain entirely yours. The tool makes the consultation more human: less paperwork, more conversation.
How is this different from a typed intake form?
A form is a one-way questionnaire. VEDA is a warm conversation that follows up on unusual answers, adapts to the client's language and literacy, and produces a structured 8-section dossier instead of raw answers. You arrive at the consultation already knowing who they are — rather than combing through typed replies.
What about self-diagnosis risk?
VEDA never reveals the dosha result to the client during the conversation and never offers medical advice. Every observation is framed as self-reported ("your responses suggest", "tends toward"). The dossier goes to the practitioner, not the client — preserving your role as the interpreter.
Is client data GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Explicit patient consent is captured at the start of every intake. The practitioner is the controller for patient records; MyDosha acts as processor for the intake workspace. Patient records can be exported (CSV) from the Account modal, and practitioners should keep their own statutory archive before unsubscribing. Full detail: GDPR & Data and Privacy Policy.
Where exactly is patient data stored?
Patient records are stored in the European Union — Supabase, AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany). Supabase Inc. is US-incorporated, so its Data Processing Agreement incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (EU SCC 2021/914) to cover any support access from outside the EEA. AI processing uses Anthropic's Claude API (US, same SCC mechanism). The application runs on Vercel's edge network. No patient data is used to train AI models. Full sub-processor list: mydosha.org/gdpr.
Can my clinic sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes — every paying clinic gets a signed DPA as part of onboarding (typically alongside the first invoice). Need it sooner for institutional vendor approval before the trial ends? Email hello@mydosha.org and we send within 48 hours. The DPA covers MyDosha's role as data processor, the sub-processor list, and EU SCC references.
How easy is it to delete or export patient data?
Very easy — no emailing support required. In the practitioner portal, Account modal: "Export patient data (CSV)" gives an instant spreadsheet of all records. "Delete my practice" wipes MyDosha's copy permanently (phrase-confirmed), so export first if you need a WGBO or similar archive outside MyDosha. Patients themselves can email privacy@mydosha.org for access or deletion requests, handled within 30 days subject to the practitioner's controller instructions.
Which languages does it support?
English, Dutch and German are live today, and the patient chooses between them at the start of the intake. The dossier lands in your portal language — an intake taken in Dutch still reads in German if that is how your practice works. Further languages are in translation review; tell us which one you need and we'll prioritise it.
Can I white-label the report?
Yes, on every plan: your logo, your accent colour and your practice name on reports, care plans and patient emails, set up in Settings in under a minute. Emails carry one required line naming MyDosha as the tool that delivered them — that is a regulatory notice, not our advertising. Deeper white-label, including your own sending domain, is an Academy option on request.
